Alonso joined the firm in 2014, he is a senior associate in the Public and Administrative Law Department, and Environmental Law. His experience includes providing clients with advice on the legality in the regulation of local and foreign companies in their daily operations, as well as due diligence proceedings regarding regulatory and environmental matters within M&A´s processes. He has experience in advising companies in Public Procurement Proceedings, Administrative Proceedings before different public institutions and professional associations, eminent domain proceedings, administrative and judicial litigation.
